Timeline: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Due to the nature of our Organic Body Refinement services, Digital Products and Coaching Sessions are non-refundable once accessed or completed.
Process: To start a return, email us at support@natrlcollective.ca. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Refunds: Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
